I have always cherished the magic of working with my hands, and I am fortunate to possess a truly unique pair. As a child, I delighted in writing and drawing, but like many, I was warned that pursuing art beyond a hobby would lead to a life of struggle. Thus, I spent most of my adult life in the 9-to-5 grind, realizing others' dreams while sidelining my own. In a world filled with nay-sayers, I was constantly told I couldn’t or shouldn’t chase my passions. Yet, the more they doubted me, the more determined I became to prove them wrong.

Now, in the golden years of my life, I am embarking on a journey that truly resonates with my heart and soul. It’s indescribably fulfilling to finally live my dream job.

When creating my children’s books, I weave the stories first, then breathe life into them with illustrations crafted using traditional mediums like acrylics, alcohol ink, watercolors, mixed media, and digital painting. Each piece is a unique creation; no two are ever the same.

My hope is to inspire others by demonstrating that despite our diverse paths, we are all connected, and the light within us should always shine, no matter the obstacles.
